Hailing from Cork City, Candy Warhol has been one of Ireland's most renowned drag acts for over a decade. Born with glitter in her veins, she is a descendant of legendary drag phenomenon Danny La Rue. Candy is the mother of Mockie Ah!, Ireland's leading Drag Haus.

An international act, Candy hosts regular shows in the UK and has performed across America and Europe, most notably hosting Warsaw Pride to an audience of 50,000 after being invited by The Irish Embassy to do so. Candy made their Dublin Fringe Festival debut in 2022 at Smock Alley Theatre with their first play -The Wind That Shakes The Wig. The show was nominated at The Fringe Awards and recieved national press attention including a cover of GCN Magazine. In 2023 the play had a sell-out run in Cork's Midsummer Festival. In 2023 they hosted their first Culture Night late event Candy's Sweet As Circus Cabaret funded by The Arts Council of Ireland. Press and media credits include Comedy Central, MTV UK, RTÉ, Vogue, GCN, TV3, Virgina Atlantic TV and The Guardian.

Recently named one of Ireland's top tourist attractions by BBC One's The Travel Show, Mockie Ah! is Ireland's leading Drag Haus and queer performance collective. The legendary group was founded in 2017 by Irish drag artist Candy Warhol (Comedy Central's Dragony Aunts). The Cork City-based drag family has gone from strength to strength with regular nationwide cabarets, festival shows, club-nights and appearances across Europe.

In 2019 the queens were featured on a Virgin Media pride special and in 2021 a critically acclaimed documentary focusing on five members of the group, Kin Of Kweens, was broadcast on RTÉ. In 2022 they hosted shows at Electric Picnic and Body and Soul and in 2023 they embarked on their first nationwide tours with Rupaul's Drag Race stars Le Fil and Just May and enjoyed a sold out run of their now annual Rocky Horror Picture Show. In 2024 they hosted Bambie Thug's Cork homecoming as part of their Cork Pride lineup and their new show, Mockie Ah's Camp Culture marked the first of several shows at The Everyman.
