From 2017 until 2021 Kath was the Head of Participation and Engagement at Cork Midsummer Festival.  International projects she produced for Cork Midsummer Festival was leading on the Irish leg for Creative Europe partnership Circus250: Diverse, Real, Physical with partners Crying Out Loud (UK), Le Plus Petit Cirque Du Monde (France) and Subtopia (Sweden).  Funded by a Creative Europe small-scale co-operation grant. 

Circus250: Diverse, Real, Physical involved international residencies, including the involvement of Irish based circus and dance artists resulting in the presentation of large- scale circus and hip-hop production Union Black.  Union Black took place at Neptune Stadium, Blackpool as part of its European tour.
