eather Rose is a creative producer based in rural Sligo with a particular interest in work for young people, immersive work, and work that pushes boundaries. She is a core member of Super Paua since 2020, a theatre collective making work for young people (The Lonsdale Project, Whodunnit? The Great Art Robbery!, and Super Paua Stories), and also a freelance producer. Recent work includes Éist by Mary-Lou McCarthy (Westport Town Hall), Small Wonders by Púca Puppets (Droichead Theatre, Mill Theatre and regional community venues tour), Snapshot by Miriam Needham (Hawk’s Well Theatre and national tour), and Slip (development) by Sinéad O’Donnell-Carey.

Prior to moving to Ireland in 2019, she produced for the Pleasance Theatre and the house touring network in the UK, and spent 8 years as a touring stage manager. Highlights include the Edinburgh Fringe, the West End, and the Sydney Opera House. In her free time, she enjoys reading, travelling, and choral singing, but mostly spending time with her two children.

Jo Heffernan is a producer, stand-up comedian, and writer from Wexford, based in Cork City. She has experience working with performers, writers, and directors across film and theatre, as well as experience working in the Youth sector.
